Job Description :
- Overall responsibility for all Sales & Marketing activities in the Channel for Solar BU.
- Create Channel Sales strategy to drive market penetration and maximize revenue.
- Drive team towards achieving desired market share and profitability.
- Implement best practice in Sales and Marketing function and drive the policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
- Review performance of the overall Channel and Dealers periodically and take appropriate action.
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the organization with respect to market conditions, competitor activities and change in business trends and take action to mitigate the risks.
- Gather and analyses competitor data to foresee trends and competitor strategy.
- Take ownership policies, procedures, guidelines and any associated documents
- Oversee and manage all the expenses incurred by the staff under span of control.
- Drive the team towards collection of payments from dealers within stipulated terms and condition to minimize DOS.
- Organize / participate to represent the company in various industry / dealer meets so as to maximize company brand visibility.
- Grow and manage relationships with the Key Big dealers on a national basis.
- Manage, coach and develop direct reports to deliver and exceed set targets.
- Ensure strong communication between team members to facilitate exchange of information and in order to effectively benefit from market opportunities and also implement changes and improvements.
