Our client is a Global CE company and is seeking an experienced Marketing professional with solid Retail Marketing, Merchandising and Project Management skills to drive Program planning and execution across different Channels as per defined guidelines. As part of the Channel Programs team.
This key contributor will drive programs supporting 3 BUs in the Consumer, Corporate and Education business teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Understand the key business focus areas of the business teams to drive programs in line with defined guidelines.
- Communicate Quarterly Channel Program Playbooks and program planning templates to partners for program plan submissions
Quarterly program planning:
- Drive high quality program execution with partners as per guidelines
- Regular reviews with internal team and partners for high quality impactful execution with ongoing monitoring on program effectiveness
- Guide and mentor designated demand generation resources at partner organisations to execute as per defined guideline framework
Plan and Drive Store Launches:
- Manage merchandise orders and in-country stock to support Stores - New Store Launches and New Product Launches
- Review and Analyse Store merchandising audit and mystery shopping results and drive improvement
Key Relationships:
- Reporting to India Channel Programs Manager
- Sales Teams
- Other BU Business Development Teams
- Central Channel Programs and Marcom
Key Experience:
- Around 8-10 years experience in a Marketing team with previous experience of ATL/ BTL and Merchandising with major Retailers or leading Consumer Brands
- Attention to detail and driving excellence is important
- Ability to multi task, manage several programs and good project management skills, work to meet deadlines and under pressure
- Strong Planning, Organising, administrative and communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Agility in a highly matrix organisation
- Convincing with a track record in interacting with sales teams and resellers
- Working with Partners & Agencies and driving effective execution
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure Programs are executed as per company guidelines with a measurable ROI
- Improve overall quality and speed of delivery of merchandise material to the point of Sale
- Reactivity and Proactivity, urgency to meet deadlines at short notice
- Quality of Reporting
