Responsibilities:

Sales & Channel Management:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets through OEM dealerships.

- Identify and qualify potential new OEM partners, and lead the recruitment and onboarding process.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM dealers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued - partnership.

- Conduct regular visits to OEM dealerships to build rapport, understand their needs, and address any concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Support) to provide effective support to OEM partners and facilitate product sales.

Business Development & Growth:

- Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OEM channel.

- Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to promote Chola brand awareness and product offerings among OEM dealerships.

- Work closely with OEM partners to identify and implement strategies to achieve mutually beneficial business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Graduate degree a plus).

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or sales roles, preferably within the B2B or OEM channel.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives through channel partnerships.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence and secure agreements.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with CRM software (a plus).
