Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop with Sales Buddy, our cutting-edge app that functions as a comprehensive library of marketing content, to drive engagement, recruitment, and education initiatives.

- Develop and apply a strong content strategy to regularly offer helpful resources and marketing materials through Sales Buddy.

- Coordinate efforts together with both internal and external teams to ensure content uptake.

- Digital Channels for Advisor Recruitment:

o Create and carry out digital marketing campaigns targeted at bringing on new advisors for life insurance

o Track KPIs and refine tactics to increase the efficacy of hiring

- Advisor Upskilling:

o Create programs and efforts to help advisors stay current on industry trends and best practices while also continually improving their skills.

- Advisor Insights and Communication:

o Utilize data-driven insights and feedback mechanisms to understand Advisors' needs and preferences better

o Tailor communication strategies to effectively engage with Advisors and provide timely support.
