We have opportunity with one of leading bank having presence at global level.

Candidate should be from premier A college 2013-2014 Batch

Job Purpose :

- Driving NRI A/c opening through India Branches, driving new initiatives.

- This channel contributes around 80% of total NRI account opening,

- Driving & Achieving targeted A/c opening through India Branches, Cross sell, New Business Initiatives.

- Driving & Achieving targeted A/c opening through India Branch channel

- Improve sourcing quality mix; drive higher initial funding & promote higher product variants

- Identifying, design & Implement Projects and enablers to improve activation/productivity of branch sourcing staff and improve customer experience

- Process improvement for driving efficiency

- Initiate campaigns for enabling the branch staff on NRI sourcing

- Regular monitoring of the channel performance to ensure timely interventions.

- Provide channel training & channel support (Query resolution, scripts etc.)

- Resolve customer service escalations.

- Team Management, Ensure high level of Productivity.

- Comply with prescribed guidelines of the bank as well as RBI / FEMA guidelines
