Role :
1. Trade Marketing Strategy Development for MT Channel
To help co-create the channel strategy and Trade Marketing plan. Develop appropriate Promotion Calendars with the KAMs and Chains (Internal & External Customers) factoring cost effective Promotions, Communication, New Product Introductions, occasion based activation, etc. Conduct Promotional Analysis and build insights & learning. Partner with marketing for assortment strategy and portfolio partitioning.
2. Business Delivery
Key member of the MT Channel team, working towards delivering the MT India Sales ambitions in the next 5 years. Support the KAMs to align and delight Chains (MT Customers) to become a preferred Partner. Analyze Competition actions to spot Trends / Themes around their Direction-
3. Trade Investment ROI
Company plans to make significant investment into trade promotions and driving MT strategy. The process of measuring spends effectiveness as well as process of operational zing the same has to go to the next level and has to be best in class by industry standards.
4. Market Insights
Develop a sustainable system to capture and share key market / channel insights.This requires collaborative working with internal team and stakeholders. Also need to setup required back-end to make ita seamless and timely process..
5.Partner Relationships
Development & management of strong Supplier relationships to deliver high quality service / product and value added initiatives. This requires a sound ability to develop close working relationships with internal clients and external partners .
