Channel Manager - General Trade - FMCG

Total Sales Experience : 8- 12 years

Team Handling Experience 2-3 On roll team for a minimum period of 2 years

- Experience in Distribution Channel Minimum 5 Years

- States finalized for the project - Gujarat (HQ: Ahmedabad)

- Geographical preference for the candidate Candidate should be from the same state and he should have minimum 2 yrs of FMCG Channel experience in that state/market.

- Should have in depth knowledge of the geography and the FMCG industry of the state. Ability to convince and bring over FMCG channel partners to the luggage segment would be important.

Job Description :

(A)Developing a Team for the State : Recruiting - Training -Objective setting - coaching & performance monitoring of the Sales force.

(B) Appointing and developing channel partners for each market : Appointing suitable FMCG Distributors for each clusters and ensure reach and extraction from the different category FMCG retail outlets .

(C) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team & Trade.
