Channel Manager - MSME Lending FinTech


Areas of Responsibility :

- Manage new business development & account revival.

- Lead generation in a competitive environment.

- Work on business digitisation - APIs, Self login, Dialers etc.

- Accountable for achieving assigned targets.

- Conduct market reviews / studies and analyse competitor's activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.

- Co-ordination with various functions / departments at various stages of the assigned project (like Ops, Credit, Analytics, Tech, Cust Service, legal, accounts etc)

- Building & retaining DSA client relationships through continuous followup.

- Manage team's performance.

- Conduct DSA trainings & regular upskilling sessions.

- Liaison between DSA, Merchants ( external ) & internal teams at the same time to ensure close coordination to achieve higher growth.

Must Have :

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience of DSA-Supply and Demand. Either worked at PAN India DSA or managed DSAs of a financial service provider.

- Understanding of sub-brokers and contracts. Good negotiation skills and ability to close contracts.

- Knowledge of Business Loan Portfolio.

- Should have managed teams in past

- Graduate of Masters in any field.

- Excel in data management, analysis and forecasting. Comfortable with travel.
