- Lead in the execution of strategic business plans and tactics to include promotions, distribution, and customer level marketing concepts for all key accounts in the channel.
- Deliver annual plans aiming for increase in share by achieving targets set for each account and total portfolio.
- Manage order to cash process by working seamlessly with cross section of stakeholders at customer end and internally with logistics, credit, legal and CE&O team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain relationships to drive Premium Brand Experience with all customers in the channel and maintain high salience with the customers.
- Develop strategic relationships with assigned Key Accounts operating in these channels.
- Monitor and proactively manage channel conflict with broader B2C Indirect business and make contingency plans for any conflict management actions to be taken
- Maintain close monitoring of service levels from supply chain to deliver agreed IFOT levels to the customer
- Where required, ensure appropriate linkage to Global Accounts team and other downstream businesses.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to develop superior omni-channel experiences for our customers and consumers.
- Identify & implement industry best practices to improve product presence on eCommerce sites. This includes item description, image, video, and other rich content enhancements.
- Recommend pricing and schemes activities in line with strategy.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of sales, sales management and/or marketing experience selling products on the e-commerce platforms
- Previous e-commerce sales experience is a must.
- Degree in any field of study. Management degree would be desirable.
