Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for driving business through alternate channel Sales team.
The candidate will also be responsible for coaching and development of the sales team and will ensure that appropriate sales processes are followed and highest level of controls and compliance are adhered to.
Driving business through defined channel by ensuring all performance standards are met Viz. Sales Target Achievement, Control and Compliance and sales team development.
Channel Management: Evaluating channel performance, ensuring on -going team coaching and developing and creating a culture that motivates team to perform.
Proactively lead a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship.
Device and execute innovative Rewards and Recognition campaigns to motivate the team and achieve end goals
Focus on key matrices and performance management indicators to provide quality inputs and suggestions and publishing MIS to the Management.
Focus on continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
