Job Description - To be the chief ambassador of the trade finance product among all channel partners

Description :
- Chief ambassador of the product among all channel partners - Fire them to sell our value proposition and product
- Identify and develop channels for uptake of the products
- Collaborate and influence cluster sales team to go out and pitch the bundled value proposition to customers
- Customer centric - with keen listening skills to understand and translate customer feedback for the product team to make improvements
- Develop a marketing plan for the channels and customers (through the channels)
- Radical collaborations with customers, Trade Finance product sales, Credit - customer engagement
- Build a market place for the new product
- Achieving the sales targets for the business
- Drive adoption and growth of business across channels
- Develop new channels
Profile
- Strong sales /customer communication skills
- Strong market knowledge (of trade finance and / or container sales) and understanding of customer pain points regarding Trade Finance
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership
- Master negotiator; strong networking skills
- Strong communication skills, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
