We are looking for a Channel Manager (Beauty Advisors) to be based in Mumbai, India for FMCG-Personal Care Sector.
Our Company is working with Various FMCG MNCs. We are currently looking for Channel Manager (Beauty Advisors) for them. The basic details are as follows:

Reporting structure: Head- Shopper & Customer Marketing
Base Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Education: MBA (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
Job Responsibilities:
The BA Channel Manager is responsible for the management of the BA channel at Company and is responsible to conceptualize, develop and impart training to BA's.
He/she is responsible for delivering the channel metrics of Beauty Advisors nationally. The key metrics involved hiring and training of the Beauty Advisors to ensure maximum productivity from the channel along with smooth functioning of the channel nationally.
He/She is also responsible for planning and contributing to the BA outlet growth in Company and achieving monthly offtake targets set for the BA channel.
Key performance areas:
1) Channel Growth: delivering the competitive and sustained growth in the Beauty Advisor channel.
2) Channel Management: ensuring the hygiene and health of the BA channel be up-to-date with least grievances of BAs on-field.
3) BA staffing: Recruitment and retention of Beauty advisors in Company.
4) Training: Training the BA channel and the Sales Team on skin & personal care, brand, product- features, WOW factors, selling skills to ensure BA s are well equipped to drive sales through the outlets.
5) MIS and Analytics: Custodian of the all the MIS related to BA channel. Should maintain a repository of information and do detailed analysis for further findings as and when necessary to identify source of growth for BA channel.
6) BA Management: Conducting monthly meetings with BA to ensure target rollouts, review of sales, updates on new launches, etc. Conducting regular market visits to the BA outlets and undertaking on-the-job training, ensuring discipline in reporting and sales updation by the Beauty Advisors. Ensuring appropriate salary payouts to Beauty Advisors on a monthly basis.
7) Performance and Productivity: Delivering the target vis-a-vis achievement and in-store performance for BAs and take corrective action where required. Explore innovations/contests to drive sales growth in outlets.
8) Market tracking: Extensive knowledge of the brand, the category and competitors- activities from market research and continuous market screening. Reporting all market developments in terms of new launches and implementation of new strategies in Company by the competitors to HO.
