1. Appointment and management of channel partners across india and establishing multiple channel partner state-wise to sell HR technology products (HRIS / HRMS / HCM / HR tech platform)
2. Working with them on rigorous sales targets on a weekly / monthly basis and providing sales support and product enablement to channel partners thereby meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
3. Review and appraisal of channel partners on a quarterly basis by proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
4. Proven track-record / ability to establish a strong channel partner network with knowledge of working in the areas of ERP, CRM and Technology Products
5. Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to organization's sales protocols
6. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in appointed channel partners
7. Ensures channel partner compliance with agreements and drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
