About the role:


We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven professional to lead the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel for Loan Against Property (LAP), Housing Loan (HL), and Personal Loans (PL). The Channel Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the DSA network, drive business growth, and enhance market penetration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the LAP, HL, and PL markets, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving business targets. A strong network of Connectors and Loan Referrers is a must.


Key Responsibilities:


- Channel Development & Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs to ensure a strong and productive network.


- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive LAP, HL, and PL business through DSAs, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.


- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, Connectors, and Loan Referrers to ensure consistent business inflow and engagement.


- Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine business strategies.


- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and risk management frameworks.


- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for DSAs to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.


- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze DSA performance, implementing corrective measures where necessary.


Key Requirements:


- 8-12 years of experience in DSA channel management within LAP, HL, and PL.


- Must have worked in DST or Connector Teams of Housing Finance or Other NBFCs doing HL, LAP & PL. Strong understanding of LAP, HL, and PL products, policies, and market trends.


- Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing DSA network.


- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
