Following will be key deliverables coming from mobile money transfer :

- Channel Development B2B & B2C

- Delivery of BD merchant width across the circle and extraction from them

- Meet revenue targets for the circle

- Regular business updates to telco and alternate streams

- Impact of consumer promotions and their quality

- Roll out of merchant network across the circle

- Maintaining visibility at merchants through budget optimization

Keep in touch & coordinate with the bank's relevant officials in the circle & ensure synergies & coordination in the field
