Big4 is hiring for the position of Change Manager - E2E

1. The E2E process simplification project aims to deliver one set of easily accessible simplified global processes

3. Aid collaboration in order to facilitate the achievement of Upper Quartile Performance, and Reinforce our 'One Development' culture

4. We are looking for a change manager who will be responsible for planning and delivery of the change and communications activities, reporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues.

5. Managing a complex and large stakeholder landscape, where stakeholders are engaged effectively to ensure understanding, buy in and a smooth path for project delivery;

6. Identifying, mobilizing and managing the change network for the project. Creating and executing a business change impact assessment and change action plan to ensure change is successfully mitigated.

7. Executing business readiness activities to measure whether impacted employees are ready for the change, creating and delivering adoption plans as necessary.

8. Effective management of all communications activities including, audience and stakeholder identification, development of a communications engagement strategy, key messages, materials and channels while ensuring content is created in line with tone of voice, tools and brand guidelines.

9. Engage with the wider change and comms management community to drive best practices and learnings, and to ensure compliance to global policies, principles and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B. Tech/ BE with 10+ years experience of change management and communications delivery; some training experience is advantageous

2. Deep subject matter expert in change management and communications. Expertise in communication is a must.

3. Knowledge of Pharma product development cycle, R&D and Clinical Development is must.

4. Working experience through relevant project is highly desirable.

5. Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. ERP, Digital transformation, process changes)
