We are seeking to identify Change Manager for the captive unit of our multinational client
Location - Mumbai or Pune(TBA)
Role
1. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and/or execute all Organizational Change Management and Communications activities for the business operations in the SESA region.
- Responsible for all Organizational Change Management activities that support the Transitions and Projects in the SESA region.
- Ensure minimal organizational disruption by managing the overall impact of the Transitions and Projects portfolio for our stakeholders in the business, functions and the aforementioned region.
- Implement the Company's Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology for GBS project and transitions in the region, adjusting it for each country according to local differences.
- Report to the Global OCM lead on a regular basis.
2. Detailed activities
- Manage and/or execute all Organizational Change Management and Communications activities for the business operations in the SESA region
- Develop and establish a successful Organizational Change Management (OCM) track for the transition and project management methodology throughout the entire SESA region.
- Create an overview of organizational change impact of GBS Transitions and Projects portfolio per stakeholder (group) and ensure alignment within the portfolio.
- Develop and execute high quality OCM strategies, plans, activities and deliverables for the relevant transitions and projects (QA reviews by global OCM lead). These OCM strategies contain (amongst others):
stakeholder overview and -analysis,
organizational change impact assessment,
risk & issues with mitigating change interventions
communication plan
training plan
- Contribute to the financial business cases, from the OCM perspective.
- Align with and update the global PMO lead and the OCM Lead on the proper balance of speed and stability in the inbound work pipeline from an organization readiness perspective.
- Plan the OCM effort needed and frequently align with:
HR business partners to help in successful work transitions.
Communication business partner to develop communication strategies for regional portfolio.
Legal professionals to support in transition work.
Change & Communications managers from Functional Transformation programs, Internal Communication, HR and Learning & Development.
- Develop and/or coordinate the development of high quality communication- and training materials.
- Build and maintain a change network by (informally) recruiting Change Agents in various countries, businesses and functions to support the projects and transitions.
- Train, engage and equip Change Agents with all knowledge and/or skills needed
- Organize regular communication- and feedback meetings with change agents.
- Pro-actively push critical GBS messages and strategies to the relevant stakeholders globally / regionally.
- Help ensure relevant customer feedback is shared with leadership, Service Delivery Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
