- Project Manage and lead the implementation of standalone HRIS solution including prioritisation of activities, monitor progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

- Respond to the outputs from external reward benchmarking updating policies/handbook to ensure competitive in the marketplace

- Coordinate with different stakeholders and vendors.

- Liaise with project team members, providing suggestions and solutions to (unforeseen) issues when needed.

- Review HR Ops processes, recommend and implement improvements to improve productivity.

- Develop comprehensive training plans in place to ensure changes are embedded

- Own project planning, milestones and, identify opportunities and issues.

- Ensure cross-workstream dependencies are managed and the dependency log is maintained

- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking across the HR Workstream build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.

Profile:

- Masters or bachelor's degree in Business / HR

- 7-10 years of experience in a PMO or project management position, out of which at least 5 years of experience in HR related project management. Prior experience of M&A Integration in HR space is preferrable.

- Demonstrating excellent skills in project execution, project management, problem-solving and facilitation

- Continuous improvement mind-set, able to initiate and drive change.

- Excellent communication, networking and partnership skills. Enjoys working as part of a team

- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences

- Proactive behaviour, with the ability to prioritise, in order to reach commitments and deadlines.

- Good reporting and analytical skills.

- Familiar with HR systems such as Darwin Box, WorkDay in addition to excel and Visio/ process mapping knowledge.

- Fluent in English.

- Structured approach, sense of urgency and able to perform under pressure towards tight deadlines.
