Key Deliverables :
- Partnering in deployment of a structured change management approach and design methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
- Partnering with associated Businesses to develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Assisting & conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. Also keep pulse of the situation based on informal channels.
Help business develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans for the allocated businesses – including :
- Communication plan and overall themes
- Leadership alignment roadmap
- Training plan and capability building
- Resistance management plan.
- Maintain and review risk register
Help drive the communication efforts for the overall program by :
- Creating Communication strategy, and key themes
- Develop and roll-out integrated Communication Calendar
- Create communication content
- Interact with Corporate communication from branding and print content
- Coordinate inputs with Business Process Transformation communication managers
- Appropriately position Transformation program with external stakeholders
- Support the Group Head – OCM in execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Be an active and visible coach to all the change sponsors from Business Verticals, and help engage with change champion network.
- Draw clear Engagement Action items; Budgeting the cost; Work closely with Heads- OCM in addressing interventions as planned under OCM initiative.
- Participate in Town Hall; Gather inputs ( Informal) on communication effectiveness ; Interact with Change Champion network etc.

Educational Qualifications:
Necessary - MBA Degree.
Desirable - Formal training in Organizational Change management tools /OD/ Learning & Development areas.
Science Background at Graduation Level.
Experience :
- Min 15 to Max 22 years of experience in a large Corporation
- At least two end-to-end Change management project experience
- Deep SME level expertise in CM modules – communication, training
- Experience of working with Indian clients
