Job Role :

1. Understanding the Configured/Developed Solution by PwC:

- Analyze and comprehend the SAP FICO solution that has been configured and developed by PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) consultants or teams.

- Ensure that the solution meets the organization's financial and controlling requirements and adheres to industry best practices.

- Collaborate with the implementation team to address any gaps or discrepancies between the solution and business needs.

2. Providing Guidance to Field Users for Executing Transactions:

- Offer support and guidance to end-users within the organization on how to effectively use the SAP FICO system to perform financial transactions.

- Help users understand the processes, data entry, and navigation within the SAP system to ensure accurate and efficient transaction execution.

- Address user queries and troubleshoot any issues related to transactional activities in SAP FICO.

3. Coordination with Central PwC Team:

- Act as a liaison between the organization and the central PwC team responsible for the SAP implementation.

- Coordinate with PwC consultants to communicate business requirements, provide feedback, and address any ongoing concerns or updates related to the SAP FICO solution.

- Facilitate collaboration and ensure effective communication between the organization's internal teams and PwC consultants.

4. Providing Training to Field Users:

- Develop and deliver training programs or sessions to educate end-users about the SAP FICO system.

- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to assist users in understanding how to use the system effectively.

- Conduct training sessions in various formats, such as workshops, webinars, or one-on-one sessions, to ensure users are comfortable and proficient with the system.
