Chalo - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Chalo is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our full-cycle recruiting majorly Tech roles.

Responsibilities -

- Co-ordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

- Source potential candidates through the network

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements -

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

- Great interpersonal skill

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
