Talent Acquisition Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies. Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, interviewing.
2. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
3. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
4. Plan employee referral programs.
5. Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools.
6. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. Build talent pipeline for current & future job openings.
7. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
8. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
9. Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
10. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
11. Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops.
12. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
13. Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
14. Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.
15. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
16. Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
17. Determine HR and recruiting KPIs.
18. Create and present KPI reports.
19. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
What we look for: 1. MBA/PGDM - HR / Industrial Relations
2. 4-7 years of experience
3. Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist
4. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
5. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
6. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
7. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
8. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
9. Excellent communicator
10. Well-organized
