Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organization structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Managing communications with all stakeholders including investors, clients, vendors and with senior management within the company.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Working on strategy with the leadership at Chakr Innovation.
Skills & Qualification requirements:
- Master in Business Administration from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College
- At least six years of professional managerial experience in the project management
- Effective marketing and business development experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
- Proven experience in program management
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of project management tools
- Good understanding of the procurement process including negotiation with third parties
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Microsoft Presentation, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable with using customer relationship management software preferably Zoho CRM
