Manager - Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deploy successful online and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Manage end to end responsibility of organizing online webinars and offline marketing events to increase customer outreach.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation resulting in greater inbound leads.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Graduate degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing
- At least six years of work experience in B2B marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring programmes
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Mandatory technical skills:
- Microsoft Presentation, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable with using customer relationship management software preferably Zoho CRM
