Chakr Innovation aims to develop solutions that make the energy production more sustainable and environment friendly. Our first product deals with the problem of unrestrained emissions from diesel engine generators. Among theseemissions, particulate matter (carbonaceous Nano-sized matter) poses tremendous risk to public health due its carcinogenic nature. Our device, Chakr Shield, coupled with the exhaust of a diesel generator absorbs over 70% of the particulate matter that is being emitted by it. We have developed a novel self-cleaning method for capturing the particulate matter, which has no adverse impact on the engine performance. Moreover, we do not dump this extracted particulate matter and have worked out environment-friendly applications to reuse the captured particulate matter.

Role Overview :

Structuring the Administrative Processes and end-to-end management of the logistical side of the company

Eligibility and Requirement :

3+ years of work experience in relevant industry

Leadership and prioritization skills

Passion for problem solving and creating an impact

Expertise in structuring administrative processes

Candidates having knowledge and experience in the field of logistics will be preferred

Detailed Work Description :

The Head of Operations will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer

The work will consist of managing the following :

- Building after sales chain : After sales agreement, client feedback and complaint redressal

Product Delivery : logistics involved in device installation, management of the teams sent out for installation

Structuring the Administrative Processes : Directing the accounting of the firm and other such proceeses

For each of these tasks, he/she will be required to lead and train the team to carry out the tasks efficiently and keep the team motivated and engaged. As the company grows, the team will expand to additional people for each task who will be managed by him/her.

In addition to the above, the person should be flexible to handle other tasks as a part of collaborative team work, which will be duly reciprocated by other team members.
