Roles & responsibilities:
1. Lead Management
2. Maintaining good relations with channel partners to draw maximum sales closure from them
3. Playing a key role in ensuring the long term business growth while striving to meet shorter term business objectives and preparing completely new young team by training the sales force.
4. Design Sales Forecasting & Budgetary planning for the territory
5. Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve post contract issues with clients and other departments of company as necessary.
6. Visit at customer site or office for technical solution and understand their requirement.
7. Looking into precise mapping of market disciplines, competitive landscape and current technologies according to the region/countries.
8. To prepare & submit monthly/Weekly analysis of enquiry to order received.
9. To take care of Customer Feed Back & Customer complain for marketing dept.
Mandatory qualification:
- Graduation preferably Engineering
- Preferably MBA in marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in local dialect for the territory
