This is an opportunity for you to work with the core Strategy & Business Development team at Chakr innovation. Chakr innovation has been recognized and awarded by various national and international institutions including Stanford Graduate School of Business, Forbes, University of Chicago and American Society of Mechanical Engineers, to name a few. The founders are also on this year's global list of Forbes 30 under 30. Chakr Innovation is funded by some of the largest VCs and corporations in India and US.
Role Overview
Formulating and implementing the short-term and long-term growth strategy for the novel pollution control technology company
Eligibility and Requirement
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- MBA / Graduate in Engineering/Economics/Commerce with min. 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
- Passion for problem solving and creating an impact
- Perseverance and dedication to achieve targets
Detailed Work Description
The Corporate Strategy Associate will report to Head of Strategy and will be primarily responsible for:
- Research:
a) Primary and secondary research for data on policy, markets, clients and channel partners
b) Identifying and developing a target list of clients and partners
- Analysis, Data representation: Understanding and analysing collected data for insights; representing data for communication within team and to stakeholders
- Stakeholder management: Working with Govt officials, think-tanks, associations and experts to gather information and drive specific asks for the company
- Public Relations: Working with journalists and media houses to manage PR for the company
- Planning:
a) Formulating and monitoring the execution of strategic plans
b) Developing budgets, work plans and managing timelines
- Review: Conducting organisational reviews to identify strength, weakness, evaluate operational effectiveness
