- Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout human resource management processes (ESI, PF, and Labor Department etc.)

- HR Audits

- Bridge the gap between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Cultivate a positive working environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
