The Opportunity:

- We're seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Content Developer to join our growing team! This is a full-time role where you'll play a key part in creating engaging and informative eLearning content for our users.

- You'll collaborate with various teams to design and develop training programs, transform raw materials into clear, standardized content, and utilize multimedia elements to enhance user understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and informative eLearning content, including:

- Standardizing raw PPT content.

- Scripting content with animation effects, videos, and other multimedia elements.

- Designing training courses and programs based on training needs.

- Preparing content, releasing learning assignments, and generating custom/standard reports.

- Dashboard copywriting in vernacular languages.

- Collaborate with the Business/Operations team to ensure training programs align with company objectives.

- Implement a Learning Management System (LMS).

- Maintain a well-organized digital library of eLearning content.

- Continuously research and stay updated on eLearning trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e., Education, Instructional Design, Communication) with strong experience can be considered.

- 4-7 years of experience in eLearning content development or a related field.

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.

- Demonstrated experience in content development, MIS preparation, and LMS tools like [List specific LMS tools you use].

- Familiarity with training methods and instructional design principles.

- Experience in writing and revising online learning materials for diverse audiences.
