Job Description:
The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for driving new initiatives, doing root cause analysis, process improvement which is focused on reduction of cost by improving the efficiencies, identifying and removal of bottlenecks and improved customer experience (internal & external).
This position requires the skill of identifying and driving the projects which result in process optimization, cost reduction and better customer experience.

- Management reporting and dashboard as per pre-defined frequency
- Drive improvement projects with timely delivery of expected results
