Job Description:

The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for driving new initiatives, doing root cause analysis, process improvement which is focused on reduction of cost by improving the efficiencies, identifying and removal of bottlenecks and improved customer experience (internal & external).

This position requires the skill of identifying and driving the projects which result in process optimization, cost reduction and better customer experience.

- Process Re-engineering and improvement.

- Designing Processes with consultation with the Functional Team.

Role:

- Define and execute Business Process Management, Assurance & Pre-warning control framework

- Detection, prevention & fix of failures points related to Process / System / Communication etc

- Timely alerts to management and stakeholders

- Drive RCA and CAPA closure

- Management reporting and dashboard as per pre-defined frequency

- Drive improvement projects with timely delivery of expected results
