The Opportunity:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager to join our team in Gorakhpur.

- This is a full-time on-site position, where you will play a pivotal role in driving branch success.

- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, leading and developing a high-performing team, achieving business growth targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve set branch targets and objectives.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the branch's customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

- Analyze financial data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

- Ensure complete compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

- Prepare and submit timely reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in branch management or a similar role in the financial services or microfinance industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and colleagues.

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to the microfinance sector.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed business development targets.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Relevant certifications like NISM/IRDAI highly preferred.
