This role is primarily responsible for end to end Finance, Treasury, Fund raising, Control, Taxation, Audit and Diligence. apart from supporting Best in class Finance process for all activities.
FINANCE :
- Timely closure of books of accounts, populate accurate P&L, B/S, provide appropriate MIS for measuring and ensure relevant information provided on time on business health indicators, control budgets
- Ensure strict adherence to the projected cash flow and manage inflow and outflow as per Budget
- Effective negotiation with Bankers and Investors and raise appropriate finance.
- Comply with all secretarial, FEMA related rules and regulations
- Manage direct and indirect tax in a most efficient manner without any slip in statutory submissions
- Cost effective Non- Trade commercial purchases
- Strategise and take over outsourced finance function
CUSTOMER :
- Communicate business plans to ensure maximum returns
- Guide team members for seamless closing of books
- Interact with business heads and ensure the books reflect the real business trends
- Interact with group and ensure availability of appropriate funds at appropriate cost
- Support and suggest project team on capex optimization and best return on investment options
- Analyze possible risks and opportunities wrt actual Vs plan and highlight business head ahead of time for action
- Work with all stake holders to maintain accounting integrity and discipline
- Support Non trade team ( marketing /HR/Admin/IT/Projects) in driving cost effective purchases and drive in best in class commercial process.
- Ensure Licenses obtained and cash & bank arranged for new stores
- Timely appropriate information for Internal and Statutory auditors
- Bring in best accounting platform integrated with in-house ERP
PROCESS :
- Ensure appropriate SOP's are streamlined and monitored for accounting, commercial etc
- Adherence to internal control process
- Conduct financial feasibility study for new stores
- Daily/weeky/monthly reports to highlight performance indicators
- Review balance sheet on a periodical basis
- Ensure Nil comments from Internal / External auditors
- Ensure no statutory violations reported in any process( direct/indirect tax )

- Retain and engage to build high performance team
- Ability to interact and convince top management - MD as well CSA's
- Facilitate cross functional team working
