Accountabilities /Metrics :
- Ownership of the BAU Metrics OTIF, IC, Wastage and variance
- Cost Centric approach Making and achieving budgets of Warehouse and logistics
- Audits Ensuring timely audits - both hygiene and inventory audits targets are achieved
- Ensuring Production on Time after following all SOP All sop to follow -No QC rejection
- Profit & Loss of Kitchen - Wastage, Variance , Manpower & other cost parameter will be answerable for P&L
- Food Safety Compliances Adherence of Food Safety
- Maintenance of Building Complete R&M, Civil work & Asset Management
- Administration of Building Management of Building
- Warehouse & Kitchen Vehicle Dispatch on time On-time delivery
Key Competencies :
- Blue Collar Team leader.
- Excel Skills - Pivot, VLOOKUP etc
- Takes Ownership & Passionate
- Industries FMCG/Any supply chain organization
