- CGLIA is a company seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join its growing team.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top IT talent to support the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms (LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals, to source diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Coordinate and conduct face-to-face interviews, utilizing effective questioning techniques to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and make hiring recommendations.
Onboarding & Retention:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to create a positive and productive experience for new hires.
- Foster a positive work environment and develop strategies to retain top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent.
- Proficiency in utilizing online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn) and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HRIS systems (a plus).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to talent acquisition
