Assistant Manager - Operations
- Knowledge of International Travel Destinations like Dubai, Far East, Europe & USA
- Design & Quottte FIT, Brochure and GIT Itineraries
- Should be able to make itineraries and discuss with client to meet their requirements
- Help Guet to Identify their Ideal Travel Plans based on their interest and requirements
- Ensure timely response on B2C & B2B queries over mail or phone
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Experience in Selling and Upselling
- Resolve the sales and revenue targets
- Knowledge of Excel & b2B portals is a must
- Team Management/ Handling
- Ability to handle rejections and stress in soliciting customers
- Ability to deal with situations calmly and efficiently with the ability to achieve given targets
