CG Corp Global -Senior Manager - Costing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Prepare Monthly Costing profit & Loss account product wise.

- Costing Reconciliation with financial Profit & Loss.

- BOM Reconciliation with actual consumption

- Standard Costing and Variance Analysis.

- Product wise Cost and Contribution.

- Monitor and Tabulate the Raw Material Movement (Price).

- Input Output Reconciliation for the plant.

- Well- versed with SAP (FI & MM Module), MS Office, Advance Excel, understanding of Tally etc.

- Preparation of required MIS on regular basis.

- Closing of accounts periodically for the plant and the same to be reported in book of accounts.

- Preparation of Cost Accounting Records, Book keeping, and Preparation of MIS report.

- Conduct Inventory Valuation as per the guidelines and timelines.

- Execute Product Costing and production Valuation as per guidelines and timelines.

- Preparation of MIS monthly and report to the concerned as per defined timeline

- Collecting cost information and maintaining an expenses database.

- Determining fixed costs (eg. salaries, rent, and insurance)

- Plan and record variable costs (eg. Purchases of raw material and operation costs)

- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies

- Prepare budgeting reports ( for the company and for each department)

- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecast

- Conduct Wastage Accounting, analysis of WIP aging.

- Plan and improve operations, impact business growth maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reduction

IT Skills :

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Must have knowledge of SAP FI module and Tally ERP
