A) Overall Margin management -
a) Bottom-line improvement
b) Cost control and reduction (incl Overhead Control - Leveraging Indirect Overheads/Growth in OH needs to be lesser than growth in TL. Fixed Indirect OH includes - Corp. OH, Factory fixed OH and Zonal OH)
c) Cost of selling/Selling Overheads - Schemes/Sales OH
d) Manpower cost rationalization (On-roll and Off-roll, Sales and Non-Sales both)
e) Responsible to manage SKUwise coting and NC level improvement SKUwise/Statewise/RSMwise
f) Monitoring the productivity management, wastages, breakdowns including controlling RM/PM consumption Negative variance
g) Product mix - Work with Sales team to improve Product mix for better realization
B) Monthly MIS & its accuracy, Budget Vs Actual, Variance Analysis (Balance Sheet, PL, Cash flow)
C) Working Capital Management -
a) Collections and conversion of Credit to Cash by April 2022
b) Debtor and Creditor management
D) Inventory Management
a) Inventory Benchmarks & management
b) Inventory reduction plan with SCM (Target to reduce current inventory by 10 Cr at PAN India level)
c) Non-Moving/Slow-Moving Inventory (including spares)
d) Verification of Month End Inventory
E) Implement & execution of SOP's and Internal control
F) Handling distribution/dealer/consumer claim settlement
G) Monitoring of Legal cases
H) Support Regional CFO on various operational issues as & when required
