CFO/Senior Manager - Finance - CA - Luxury Retail/FMCG

Designation -Sr. Manager - Finance/CFO

PURPOSE:

The incumbent will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the brand He will report directly to the Business Head of the existing business/ new JV and handle a team of 3-4 persons. There will be a dotted line relationship with the finance team of the JV partners.

KEY TASKS:

Setup Finance function, internal controls & processes, tight cost control.

Development of periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.

Monitoring of operating and financial performance on a monthly basis. Ensuring operational adherence to Cost and Budgetary Controls.

Handling Imports & SVB matter.

Handing a team, motivating and counseling them by giving equal opportunities to each and exploring their potentials resulting into the dual effect of employee and organizational development.

Suggest to the Board with different scenarios, restructuring of the capital,

THE DESIRED PROFILE

The person should be well groomed and must have excellent communication skills. He should have knowledge of all the Accounting and Financial aspects. He must have working knowledge of SAP accounting software's.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Skills: Excellent Business Acumen & communication Skills.

- Knowledge of: MIS, Treasury, Taxation & Accounting.

- Ability: The person needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude.

- Education: CA

- Work Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: CEO, CFO - JV Partners.

External: Consultants, Auditors, Vendors, Banks.

Industry : FMCG or Retail
