CFO/Head - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate (Trust Experienced Candidates Only)

Qualification: CA , MBA/PGDM/MPM - Finance

Experience: 9.0 Year To 15.0 Year

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- Oversee the financial operations of the FEDT and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices

- To prepare and file Income Tax, Professional Tax and TDS returns & corporate reporting requirements. Attending income tax scrutiny assessment of FED, s Trust, Charities and Estate of EFD.

- Recommendation of FEDs funds for investment, booking of various FDs, mutual funds' investments and compliance related with banks, mutual fund houses

- Attending income tax matters, follow-up and supporting councils and lawyers for all income tax matters.

- To do the commercial evaluation of offers and negotiation with the offerers

- To find out the development potential of land parcel in accordance with the existing DCR Rules

- To prepare the feasibility report of land parcel accordance with the applicable DCR Rules

- To coordinate with the valuers for the valuation of land and analysis of valuation report submitted by valuers

- To do the market intelligence on land transaction taking place for vacant as well as slum encroached lands

- To do the precedent transaction analysis

- To prepare the catalogue of land parcel

COMPETENCIES:

Technical Competencies:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally/SAP is a must

Preferably working knowledge of trust related compliances (Charity commissioner, Income tax office)
