CA and must have experience in SOX compliance (US)/Clause 49 (Indian)

Managing Control environment of the entity related to compliances of various control policies and procedures

- Responsible for compliances related to Sox, IFC, Internal audit MIPs and other control submissions to Corporate or CIL,

- Carry out health checks at HO and all branches as required, monitor implementation of policies and review for changes and track compliances of Local and FINA policies
