- CA with 12-16 years of overall experience, should have managed team.
- Must have worked in a manufacturing industry with good knowledge of costing including ERP exposure.
- Exposure to implementation/operation of a standard costing system/integrated management accounting system
- Financial Controller level responsibilities to start with, having maturity to interact/communicate with the Company's Board and manage expectations of key stakeholders.
- Should have ability to learn quickly and adjust to the organisation requirements
- Potential to scale up to higher level of responsibilities as part of the Senior Management.
