Role :
- Leads the Payroll & executes timely, accurate and efficient Payroll processes for India, aligned with corporate policies and labour laws, incorporating excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the employee from - Onboarding till exit-on HRIS platform
- Lead the HR compliances for India region statutory compliances)
- Ensure compliance with the HR policies
- Preparation & publishing of monthly/quarterly HR Dashboards
Required Know-how and Skills:
- Advance Excel
- Proven expertise 5+ years in compensation and benefit field and related areas in the international companies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR systems
- Education & Experience: Post Graduate in HR with 08-12 years of relevant experience in professionally managed and progressive organization.
