The Position: You will lead CEQUE's video-based social learning platform for teachers. The social learning platform houses CEQUE's growing high-quality video repository of best teaching practices, teacher discussion forums and blogs. You will pilot the platform and subsequently, undertake the challenge of scaling its active user base from 0 to 100,000 in three years.
- Plan, implement and execute online and offline strategies and campaigns to acquire new users and actively engage existing users through offline and online mechanisms, including -
- Interacting with users to understand how the platform experience can be optimized
- Gathering user testimonials and information to influence and enhance user experience and efforts to sign them up
- Measuring growth initiatives against metrics to quantify campaign/marketing success and identify improvement for future campaigns
- Running experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, retention of users
- Analyzing the data and users' feedback.
- Drive traffic to website, social media to increase user base on the platform
- Prioritize growth channels.
- Build a lean team who can manage and grow the social learning platform
- Manage content generation through working with other programmatic teams at CEQUE and external vendors which will include video and written content and for marketing of the platform (blog posts, info-graphics, tutorial videos, host webinars, etc)
- Report on and Participate in internal reviews on programmatic strategy and implementation
The Profile: You will be a seasoned professional with experience in digital marketing and community engagement
- At least 5-7 years- experience in digital marketing
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Keen understanding of successful digital content
- High initiative taker and ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Excellent communication skills
Remuneration: In the range of 60 - 65K per month, depending on experience.
