Technical Pre Sales Consultant :
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
- Helping the sales team to reach targets.
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc
- Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers - and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Should have experience in Technical.
- Good analytical skill
- Must have good experience in terms of customer interaction
- Experience in handling customers from the US, Europe and APAC
- Strong Communication skills with business-related knowledge
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious to achieve goals
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technology products
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets and have a go-getter attitude.
- International B2B Pre Sales Exp is a must
- Should have dealt with Big customers (Fortune 500)
