Job Description:
- Map industry segments / territory for business potential, devise strategy / plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Sales funnel generation, techno commercial offer submission/discussions and contract finalization.
- Market Research, generate leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales and pricing targets
- Marketing campaigns through case studies, segment presentations, success stories, etc.,
- Proficiency in usage of sales tools like Zoho CRM and generating reports through Zoho for accurate business forecasts.
- Goal setting for teammate aligned to annual plan, directing & correcting and performance evaluation
- Motivating, coaching, mentoring teammate enabling them to excel in their area and achieve growth
- Develop business relations with existing customers and add new customers.
- Proposal preparation and nurturing prospect in converting the leads
- Improvise systems and processes. Organize, store and retrieve information for effective working and reducing rework and time on data search.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BBA, MBA in sales and marketing would be preferred
- Excellent understanding of sales fundamentals
- 8+ years analysis experience in business development, sales and marketing
- Prior working experience in engineering services an advantage
- Experience in the Off-Highway, Commercial vehicle segment and connected to CXO / directors in the engine, transmission and vehicle division
- Excellent communication skills in English
