Description - Working in the CEO's Office the incumbent will be the custodian of "the health" of the organisation as well as lead all new initiatives.

Description:

To develop functional strategy, target operating model and correspond to implementation plan

- To lead execution of transformation through ongoing PMO, design of deliverables and change management

- To assess organization strategy to define critical workforce segments and long-term people strategy

- Support leadership with regular business reviews (product, metrics, strategy etc) - Provide business intelligence and market analyses for on-going project to management

- Monitor and analyse the external environment to help identify new opportunities for growth - Contribute and influence strategic direction using formal and informal communication

- Coordinate all cross-functional activities, run PMO for core central projects

Profile:

MBA from premier B-School, 2-4 years of post-MBA work ex

- Preferably from a consulting background

- Data-driven, analytical thinker
