Acura Consulting Pvt Ltd other subsidiaries ACURA KAVX Limited, UK, ACURA Consulting Corporation USA with core offering in IT, BPO, STAFF AUG.

Job Accountabilities:

- Setting up and managing Delivery Centers around IT & ITES businesses with P&L responsibility

- Strong management skills for a multi location, multi cultural start up operations.

- Build strong relationship with existing customers for generating repeat business & exponentially grow the IT & ITES business by adding more new customers.

- Managing and harnessing strategic relationships with large accounts across the globe.

- Ability to deliver strong financial performance adding value to both the top line and bottom line.

- Ability to create Center of Excellence around various technologies, thereby delivering innovative solutions for customers.

- Strong leadership and people engagement skills leading to excellence in delivery and business.

Other functions:

- Can lead the adoption of New Technology (Mobility, UI/UX Frameworks, Analytics, Cloud, Open Source Culture).

- Package existing modules into independent functioning and saleable components.

- Cross sell services with existing customer base, bundle with BPO and ITES services.

- Develop Configuration Engine pulling out all business rules.

- Establish Product Management Rigor moving to Major and Minor Releases.

- Develop Partner Ecosystem in the areas of no/less expertise.

- Create strong brand recognition.
