CEO - Strategy Advisor - Chemicals Business

Strategic Planning:

- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.

- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Identify and implement best practices to optimize business operations.

- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and provide insightful analysis to support decisionmaking processes.

- Monitor progress on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Project Management:

- Evaluate business proposals and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

- Assist in the planning and executing projects and initiatives led by the Chairman & MD.

- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman & MD and internal/external stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across departments
