- You are overall responsibility for the company's strategic direction and continued growth & will also serves as the chair of Executive Board.

- Evolving successful Business development, Operations, and other strategies to expand the present business to Quadruple. turnover level within 5 Years.

- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.

- To fix goal of company with achievable objectives within stipulated time frame.

- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company s legality and business ethics Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

- Strong understanding of corporate management and performance principles.

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices

- An entrepreneurial mind set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Quick and strong decision and policy making ability to meet company vision and mission.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Graduate & MBA with 20-25 years of Experience & Last 5+ years in Top Leadership levels with major part of Career with Progressive and Profitable Security Services organizations with Sizeable and Multi-location operations.

2. Proven track-record of Strong Business and People Performance.

3. Ability and strong desire to geometrically explode Company performance.

4. Proven experience in a senior managerial position.

5. Open eye queue to promote an innovative service line which has market potential and profitability.

6. Knowledge of ROI within limited source of business capital.

7. Experience in developing marketing strategies for new service products

8. Very thorough understanding of all rules, regulations and requirements pertaining to running a security Services organization, especially being part of a reputed group.

9. Being a very critical element, very good exposure to initiating and managing a Strong training Support structure.
