Our Client is a US $ 1.3 billion manufacturing conglomerate which is setting up a Five Star Luxury Hotel.

THE POSITION:

CEO - PROJECT

- To set up the hotel team & all the functions under him as a business head

- Overall responsibility of setting up the entire 5 Star Hotel Project.

- Coordinating with International Architects fro Singapore, interior decorator from NEW YORK for concept, then responsible for execution of the project. civil construction, interiors.

THE PERSON:

- Strong experience in handling 5 STAR PROPERTIES / PROJECTS (Greenfield)

- Civil Engineer / MBA (Preferred)
